Hall of Fame

We went 10km east of Regensburg to here to visit the hall of fame.

Tadaa so this is it the Walhalla- hall of fame. It is housed in a neo-classical building above the Danube River. So bad that some parts of the building were under construction that time.

The temple was dreamed up by the king of Bavaria - King Ludwig
This is the entrance to the hall but because we have to pay to have a look at the interior of the building so we decided to capture just the exterior view.

So....Photobooming time!

 This is the Danube River.

Le Boyf with his signature awkward smile heh!

Front view of the hall. There are 350 marble steps rising straight from the the banks of the Danube, to the temple.

We found sheep when we were on our way to the bus stop. Didn't capture the picture of the black ones but they made me think of the movie Black Sheep years ago. In case some of you have no idea what's that movie about. Here's the link:
The mutated sheep are freaking scary.

We reached the bus stop 10min by walking, from the hall.
And just realized we took a long detour when we came here, we spent almost 30min walking uphill under the sun.

We got back to the city in Regensburg to have our dinner. They serve Spanish food here. It was our first try for Spanish food. I can tell that the taste of the food was quite unique, not everyone would like it but it was worth trying.
Cutleries were placed in the paper bag.

Boyf and me ordered a set for two person. The food were came in small servings, the best is to be served with beer or wine I guess? I personally dislike the olives but if you plan to dine here, you definitely have to try the stew lamb! Big like for the lamb.

This is the Spanish sausage we added on. It looks like Taiwan sausage but it is slightly sour unlike the Taiwan sausages with sweet honey taste
Including the drinks, we spent about 15 Euro per person but at least we got to try so many Spanish dishes at once.
You can check the detail info about Bodega at their website : http://www.bodega-regensburg.de/
